Margaret Duffus Leasing is a family run leasing business dedicated to providing a service to landlords who wish to let out their property and their tenants who wish to lease them. Because of the importance of the oil industry we have significant expertise in dealing with overseas landlords and tenants. We also recognise the ever increasing market of buy to let landlords, whether they have one or several properties, and so we offer a flexible service that understands the investors needs.
With offices in Aberdeen and Glasgow, Central Investment is one of Scotland's leading firms of Independent Financial Advisers.
As a company, we were pioneers in the provision of financial advice to clients of solicitors and accountants. Today, our reputation in this sector is unmatched and a substantial proportion of our investment business is introduced by legal and accountancy firms.
Our ethos is to build long term relationships with our clients by providing professional, impartial advice and investment management services to both private clients and businesses.
With the experience and expertise of our financial advisers, Central Investment can offer sound advice on a comprehensive range of financial services and we pride ourselves on monitoring and guarding your interests throughout the term of your investments.
Central Investment. Guiding your choice, guarding your interests.
The Paul Lawrie Foundation (PLF) was launched in 2001; two years after Paul famously won the 1999 Open at Carnoustie. It provides opportunities for juniors of any age to start playing golf, compete at golf and improve their capabilities to the highest level. The Foundation is now supporting many other sports including hockey, rugby, curling and swimming.
The Paul Lawrie Foundation is now sponsoring 14 years old AASC swimmer Suleman Butt.
The Friends of Aberdeen ASC are supporters of the swimming club and of Aberdeen ASC's aim to provide a structured, integrated pathway for all abilities, from non-swimmers to international swimmers.
